By accessing or using Trash Tracker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Trash Tracker connects users with licensed and verified waste management companies. The app allows users to:
Post waste removal jobs
Receive quotes from verified waste carriers
Issue Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs)
Generate invoices
Trash Tracker is a platform that facilitates connections between users and licensed professionals; we are not responsible for the performance of the companies listed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the app.
4. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Use of Services
You agree to use Trash Tracker only for lawful purposes.
You may not post false or misleading information, attempt to defraud companies, or infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for ensuring that any waste you request to be removed is handled legally and safely.
6. Third-Party Providers
Trash Tracker lists verified, licensed waste management companies.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of their services.
Any agreement, transaction, or contract between you and a service provider is solely between you and that provider.
7. Waste Transfer Notes and Invoices
The app allows licensed waste carriers to issue WTNs and invoices.
Users acknowledge that WTNs and invoices issued via the app are the responsibility of the service provider.
Trash Tracker is not liable for any errors, disputes, or misuse of these documents.
8. Payment
Payments for services are handled directly between the user and the service provider.
Trash Tracker does not process payments and is not responsible for disputes regarding fees, refunds, or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, and software in Trash Tracker are the property of Trash Tracker or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Trash Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Tracker is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses arising from services provided by third-party waste companies
Any disputes, property damage, or legal issues related to waste removal
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trash Tracker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your postings, or your interactions with service providers.
13. Modifications to Terms
Trash Tracker may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trash Tracker operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
